"Possible solutions to multiple web pages not opening when a link is clicked."

Since this website is designed to open with multiple pages at the same time, by system defaults, if your settings are set to block this option, you may not be able to open the additional information pages for the web.

Below are some suggestions to try, if you are having trouble opening some of the website links.

If the steps below still do not allow you open the additional pages, please contact me and let me know what operating system you are running and what your browser is doing when you click a link.  I will then try to find additional information for a solution and post it here.

Thank you for your patience.

For Vista Operating Systems:  (The images below represent Vista Home Premium OS.  Others may differ slightly, but the basic principal is the same for the other versions of Vista.  I couldn't locate any information pertaining to XP preventing additional windows being opened at the same time, other than just turning off a pop-up blocker.)

VISTA SETTINGS

Click the "Start" button and go to, "Settings", "Control Panel" and then to "Internet Options"

Go to the section labeled "Tabs" and click the "Settings" button.

Here, you will be able to choose from either having your pages to display in either a new "Tab" page or to open a whole new window.

The only thing you will need to change in this window is the section below that says, "When a pop-up is encountered."  It is best to set this one as "Always open pop-ups in a new window."  With this option setting, I have found that I can still run the pop-up blocker and the pages for the web you are clicking on will still open.  (Also with this setting, I have found that on other websites, if they have pop-ups on their web, the blocker will still block them, if you did not click a link to open that page or pop-up.)

If the check box is checked that says, "Open only the first home page when Internet Explorer starts", you might try un-checking that one also.  The settings you see in the image above are the default settings that come with Vista, with the exception of "Always open pop-ups in a new window."

Then click "OK."

If the pop-up blocker is still blocking the link you clicked, then it is recommended to temporarily turn off the pop-up blocker to view the entire site.

If you do turn off your pop-up blocker, it is best to be sure to turn it back on while surfing the net during a random search on the internet.

IF any of the steps above did not correct the problem, another option would be to try a different web browser program to work with.
